For curtains and textiles, we offer on-site measuring in Almaty — so we see the windows, height, and lighting and don't miss a centimeter. Sewing and adjusting curtains starts from 3,000 ₸ per meter; we'll give the exact amount after measuring. Can you remake or refresh an old beloved coat or fur coat?
Yes, we are very happy to give beloved items a second life — we recut, change the style, renew the lining and hardware. Repair of leather and fur items starts from 6,000 ₸, and this is handled by Sergey Kim, who has 12 years of experience specifically with these materials. Bring the item — we'll honestly tell you what's feasible and what's better left as is.
Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes, we stand behind every stitch: if something comes apart or a zipper fails due to our fault, we'll fix it for free. Replacing a zipper on a jacket or jeans, by the way, costs from 3,500 ₸ and holds securely. We sew as if for ourselves, so reworks are extremely rare.
What fabrics do you work with, and can I bring my own?
We work with any fabrics — from light silk and chiffon to dense coat wool, leather, and fur. You can and should bring your own fabric if you already have that special one; if you're unsure, our universal tailor Aigerim Nurlanova will advise what works best with the chosen style. The main thing is that the material and the idea get along.
How can I pay for the order, and is a deposit required?
We accept cash, card, and bank transfer — whichever is convenient for you. For custom tailoring, we take a small deposit for fabric and materials, and the balance after the final fitting when you're happy with the result. For minor repairs and adjustments, a deposit is usually not needed — you pay upon receipt.
